Shipping and Return policy

We do the shipment after the payment of your order is verified; we have priority shipping for US territory. For every order, please allow between 2-4 business days to be delivered. (The package can be delivered in the mailbox, if this turns out to be your case, please be aware of your package's arrival). We ship worldwide from Miami – Florida in the USA. For national shipments, you will not have to deal with any extra customs office, freight, requirements, auditing, and origin certificate. All the orders that are placed before 12:30 pm (Eastern time) will be shipped the same day. We use UPS. But, USPS can be considered.

International Shipping Policy:

In case of exchanges, please note that all garments must be new, odour free and with no stains. All products are passed through a quality control process, which can take up to 5 business days. After that, we will ship all the garments you would like to change or store credit will be given if required.

Import tariff, taxes, and any other expenses are not included in the price of the product or in the delivery cost. Those expenses have to be covered by the customer. Please check with your local customs office for all additional charges and requirements before placing your order.

We recommended that you attach the bill and payment receipt to the order you would like to return or exchange.

Return Policy:

If for any reason you receive a defective product, you have 10 business days to notify and return the unused merchandise, with all the labels still attached.

Please, remember that you have up to 90 days to return the merchandise that complies with our return policies (unused garments with all labels attached). We will add the product's value as a credit to your account once we receive it in our warehouse, so you can place a new order.
